Covered slips

You pay based on the length of your boat.

Monthly rental with no contract. Pay $7.25 per foot of Boat length calculated
monthly. Only requirement is 2 months paid up front to enter slip.
Quarterly rental with no contract. Pay $6.75 per foot of Boat length calculated
monthly. Only requirement is 3 months paid up front to enter slip.
Semiannual rental with no contract. Pay $6.25 per foot of Boat length calculated
Monthly. Only requirement is 6 months paid up front to enter slip.
 

Lay along dock rental options

(not covered)

You pay based on the length of your boat.

Monthly rental with no contract. Pay $5.50 per foot of Boat length calculated
monthly. Only requirement is 2 months paid up front to enter slip.
Quarterly rental with no contract. Pay $5.00 per foot of Boat length calculated
monthly. Only requirement is 3 months paid up front to enter slip.
Semiannual rental with no contract. Pay $4.50 per foot of Boat length calculated
monthly. Only requirement is 6 months paid upfront to enter slip.
Annual rental with annual contract required. Pay $4.00 per foot of boat length
calculated monthly. This requires full year payment and
a signed license agreement prior to entering slip.

If you would like to work on your own boat, we have:

INDOOR SHOP STORAGE (blocked), WITH USE OF ELECTRIC AND WATER.

     10’ to 26’ boat only                      $6.75 per ft. per month

      27’ to 35’ boat only                      $7.25 per ft. per month

      36’ to 45’ boat on trailer is         $7.75 per ft. per month

First month must be paid prior to entering shop.      

We will prorate based on actual days in the shop.      

BOAT TRAILER OR CAMPER STORAGE (outside):

     If your boat is in a slip at Liberty, your additional trailer/pop up camper storage fee is (trailer based on the size of boat):
10’ to 24’ boat trailer is      $15.00 per month
25’ to 35’ boat trailer is      $20.00 per month
36’ to 45’ boat trailer is      $25.00 per month
              Small camper      $15.00 per month
 

BOAT ON TRAILER (outside):

     - Based on the size of your boat

10’ to 24’ boat on trailer is         $3.00 per ft .per month

25’ to 35’ boat on trailer is         $4.00 per ft. per month

36’ to 45’ boat on trailer is          $5.00 per ft. per month 

WAVERUNNER STORAGE (outside):  $30.00 per month for a single, $40 for a double 

   OUTDOOR LAND STORAGE (blocked)

     10’ to 26’ boat only                   $4.00 per ft. per month

      27’ to 35’ boat only                   $4.50 per ft. per month

      36’ to 42’ boat only                   $5.00 per ft. per month

      42’ to 50’ boat only                   $6.00 per ft. per month

 INDOOR STORAGE: (blocked)

     10’ to 26’ boat only                      $6.00 per ft. per month

      27’ to 35’ boat only                     $6.50 per ft. per month

      36’ to 45’ boat on trailer is         $7.00 per ft. per month

BOAT ON TRAILER, OR CAMPER STORAGE (inside):

      10’ to 26’ boat on trailer is         $5.50 per ft. per month

      27’ to 35’ boat on trailer is         $6.50 per ft. per month

      36’ to 45’ boat on trailer is         $7.00 per ft. per month

      Waverunner on trailer - single $40.00 per month, double $50.00 per month

LIFT RATES:

$13.50 per ft. to lift, set on foam, and return to water    
$75.00 daily rate to hang in the sling                                   
$10.00 per ft to lift and set on trailer                                    
$75.00 per hour to lift & reset boat stands / keel blocks.
(minimum lift charge is $40.00)
$5.50 per ft. to block                                                                 
$8.00 per ft. to lift, return included. (no blocking, boat can remain on lift for max. of 1 hour - additional time needed $75.00 per hour – minimum 15 minute increments)
 

TRANSIENT PARKING:

     Covered slip   $1.50 per ft per day

     Tie along $1.00 per ft.
