A RiverBills Sticker Sighting.... was sent to us by Capt'n Joe Linder who hails out of "Port Somewhere" in Illinois.

Joe and his wife, Linda, were touring Germany this past Summer when Joe snapped this picture of a RiverBills' sticker on the Mosel River.  Joe and Linda boat a lot on the Kaskaskia and the Mississippi Rivers. You can spot them now and then in Pool 26 and at Grafton Harbor.

Hi Bill,

With the help of my St. Louis crew we moved Mardi Gras from Tarpon Springs, Fl to Fairhope Al. This picture was taken at the Eastern Shore Marina on the bbq deck.

Also in the picture are Larry and Theresa Valentine of Lauren Grace who have been cruising for over 10 years and are now in Gulf Shores AL. My crew is Paul Rea of Reas Navy out of Grafton Harbor, Norm Jones of Island Eyes in Beaufort NC and Tom Getchman, my friend from St. Louis who has a fishing boat which remains nameless. The other folks in the pic are cruisers, Bob and Pat from Maine.

The ROCKY statue is located at the Philadelphia Museum of Art  This iconic statue stands on a grassy knoll adjacent to the " famous steps" leading to the museum.

Truth be told, we didn't do a full hog back this past weekend. However, there isn't an animal representative of a "half". So, a few hogs ended up on our trip. This one was transformed from an inflatable cooler to a floating device. At its best, we had 5 river rats inside!!

You never know what's going to happen on the Mississippi. What happens on the river, stays on the river...unless you send it to RiverBill, right?

Saturday was the 19th annual Goodland FL, Mardi Gras boat parade.  This annual event supports southwest Fl Avow Hospice.

Linda and I were there with Greg and Rita English. Larry and Patty, who boats out of Grafton Harbor and also Isles of Capri in FL, pulled in and parked there boat next to us.
I attached a couple of photos ... The first is of one of the best boats in the parade and the other is of us on Larry's boat.

It's a cold February day and I am meeting Little John at the Dorsett Inn before heading down to see Sam Shapiro and the guys at "Shapiro Metal Supply" to get some material for a RiverBills' project.

Linda and I arrived back here at St Simons Island just in time for New Years. Now we are preparing to head south with new vinyl letters and new RiverBills sticker on the outboard. We will be in Ft Lauderdale next week and then on around to the keys.
